Volunteer participation is actively encouraged and highly valued at Tanunda Primary School. Parents/caregivers are most welcome to participate in any, or all of the opportunities outlined below. Other 'one off' opportunities are often outlined in the school newsletter or via the children's classes. If you have any particular skills or expertise that you would like to share with the school please contact the front office.

This is a volunteer program, which aims to support students in a variety of ways. Primarily it provides an opportunity for one to one with an adult and focuses on strengths. Teachers, students, parents and volunteers collaborate to devise a specific program and match the nominated student with a caring adult. Students work with a volunteer on a weekly basis for 30 - 45 minutes. Referrals to LAP can come from staff, parents/caregivers or students. Parents/caregivers or potential volunteers needing additional information should contact the front office.
